You may request up to twice annually and after that if Retro FM is satisfied that the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, Retro FM may charge you a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of complying with the request or decline to act on the request.

1.9 On receipt of your appeal, RetoFM shall provide a substantive response within 45 (forty-five) calendar days or inform you of the reason and extension period of an additional 60 (sixty) days (total up to 105 (one hundred and five) days) in writing. If you are dissatisfied, you have the right to approach the Attorney General of Colorado.
